Welcome to a real fisherman’s house in the heart of Olhão’s historic centre, tucked away in a quiet one-way street, just a few minutes’ walk from the waterfront, the iconic market and the ferry pier to the Ria Formosa islands. It’s the perfect spot to experience Olhão “like a local”, with whitewashed lanes, neighbourhood cafés and the laid-back pace of the Eastern Algarve.

Set over two levels, the house mixes traditional charm with everyday comfort: air conditioning, well-designed spaces, everything you need to feel at home, and a private rooftop to enjoy the sun in peace.

Olhão really is a “15-minute city”: you don’t need a car to get around, and city-centre supermarkets roughly 400 m away make it easy to pick up groceries.
